These Terms & Conditions govern your use of the Sitislot platform, including all games, betting services, bonuses, payment processing, and account management features available to registered members in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions.
Welcome to Sitislot (referred to herein as "we", "us", "our", or "the Platform"). These Terms & Conditions ("Terms", "Agreement") constitute a legally binding contract between you ("the User", "Member", "you") and Sitislot, governing all access to and use of the website located at https://sitislot.cam and any associated services, products, features, and content offered therein.
Sitislot is an online casino and sports betting platform designed and operated primarily for the Malaysian market. Our platform offers slot games, live dealer casino tables, sports betting (including football, EPL, Liga Super Malaysia, UFC, and other events), instant games, and related gaming services.
IMPORTANT: By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Sitislot platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms in their entirety. If you do not agree with any part of these Terms, you must immediately cease using the platform.

| "KYC" | Know Your Customer verification process, requiring submission of government-issued identification and other documents as requested by Sitislot. |
| "Prohibited User" | Any person who does not meet the eligibility criteria set out in Section 3 of these Terms. |
| "Intellectual Property" | All trademarks, logos, brand identities, software code, game content, text, graphics, and other proprietary materials owned by or licensed to Sitislot. |
To register and maintain a Sitislot account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:
You must be at least 21 years of age at the time of registration and at all times during your use of the Platform. Sitislot operates a strict 21+ policy in accordance with responsible gambling standards applicable to casino and sports betting platforms serving Malaysian users. Users found to be under 21 years of age will have their accounts immediately suspended, all Wallet Balances forfeited, and the matter referred to appropriate authorities where required by law.
You must reside in a jurisdiction where access to and use of online gambling platforms is not prohibited by applicable law. It is the User's sole responsibility to determine the legality of gambling in their jurisdiction. Sitislot does not represent or warrant that its services are legally available in all locations.
You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement. This means you must not be acting under legal guardianship, incompetency orders, or any other legal restriction that would prevent you from entering into enforceable contracts.
You must not be subject to any active self-exclusion order, whether voluntarily imposed through Sitislot's own responsible gambling tools or through any third-party or regulatory self-exclusion scheme. Attempting to register or play during a self-exclusion period is a material breach of these Terms.
Note: Sitislot reserves the right to request documentary proof of eligibility at any time, including but not limited to a copy of your Malaysian identity card (MyKad), passport, or other government-issued identification. Failure to provide satisfactory documentation within the stipulated timeframe may result in account suspension.
Each individual User may only hold one active account on the Sitislot platform at any given time. The creation of duplicate, multiple, or otherwise additional accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account termination and forfeiture of all associated balances.
You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to promptly update such information whenever it changes. Providing false or misleading registration details — including a false date of birth — constitutes a material breach of these Terms and may constitute fraud.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials, including your username and password. Sitislot strongly recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) on your account. You agree to notify Sitislot immediately at [email protected] if you become aware of any unauthorised access to or use of your account.
Your Sitislot account is personal to you and may not be transferred, sold, assigned, or shared with any other person. Playing on behalf of another person, or permitting another person to play using your account, is strictly prohibited.
Sitislot employs bank-grade SSL encryption and secure session management. However, the security of your account also depends on the strength and confidentiality of your password. Please use a strong, unique password and never share your credentials with third parties.
Sitislot grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial entertainment purposes, subject to these Terms. This licence does not include any right to sublicense, reproduce, distribute, publicly display, or exploit any content or features of the Platform.
You agree to use the Platform only for its intended purposes — gaming and sports betting for personal entertainment — and in compliance with all applicable laws and regulations. You must not use the Platform in any manner that could damage, overload, or impair its functionality, or interfere with any other User's access or enjoyment.
You must not use any automated tools, bots, scripts, crawlers, or artificial intelligence systems to interact with the Platform, access games, place bets, or circumvent any security or verification measures. Any attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or extract source code from the Platform's software is strictly prohibited.
All transactions on the Sitislot platform are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) by default, unless you have specifically opted into cryptocurrency payment channels (BTC or USDT). You acknowledge that currency conversion, where applicable for crypto deposits, may result in slight variances in credited amounts due to live exchange rate fluctuations.
Sitislot supports deposits and withdrawals via the following payment channels: Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, GrabPay, DuitNow, FPX, Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank, and cryptocurrency options including BTC and USDT. Payment methods available to a specific account may vary based on KYC verification status and account tier.
Minimum deposit: RM 30. Maximum deposit per transaction is subject to the applicable payment channel's own limits. Minimum withdrawal: RM 50. Maximum withdrawal per transaction and per day is tier-dependent and communicated within the Member's account dashboard.
Sitislot targets the following processing windows, which are indicative and may be affected by payment provider performance, bank processing schedules, or pending KYC reviews:
All withdrawal requests are subject to satisfactory completion of Sitislot's KYC verification process. Sitislot reserves the right to withhold payment of any withdrawal pending satisfactory identity verification. Users who have not completed KYC may deposit and play but will be unable to withdraw funds until verification is complete.
You warrant that all funds deposited into your Sitislot account originate from legitimate sources and are not connected to any form of criminal activity, money laundering, or financial fraud. Sitislot maintains anti-money laundering (AML) procedures and cooperates with regulatory investigations where required by applicable law.
Note: Sitislot does not charge internal processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. However, your bank or payment provider may impose their own transaction charges, which are outside Sitislot's control.
All bonuses, free credits, cashback awards, birthday gifts, referral rewards, and other promotional incentives offered by Sitislot ("Bonus Funds") are subject to specific terms communicated at the time of the applicable promotion. In the absence of promotion-specific terms, the following general provisions apply.
Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times ("Wagering Requirement") before they may be withdrawn as real money. The applicable Wagering Requirement multiplier will be clearly stated for each promotion. Failure to meet Wagering Requirements within any applicable validity period will result in forfeiture of the Bonus Funds.
Not all games contribute equally toward satisfying a Wagering Requirement. Specific game contribution rates (e.g., slots at 100%, table games at a reduced rate) will be specified in each promotion's individual terms.
Sitislot reserves the right to void Bonus Funds and any winnings derived therefrom if it reasonably suspects any of the following: (a) registration of multiple accounts to claim bonuses; (b) coordinated low-risk betting strategies designed to exploit bonus terms; (c) use of prohibited betting patterns to artificially satisfy Wagering Requirements. Determination of abuse is at Sitislot's sole discretion.
Referral bonuses are payable once the referred member has completed KYC verification, made a qualifying first deposit, and met any minimum activity threshold specified at the time of the promotion. Self-referral and referral of existing members under new identities are prohibited.
Once a bet or wager has been confirmed by the system and stake deducted from your Wallet Balance, it may not be amended, reversed, or cancelled except where Sitislot determines that a manifest error (as defined below) has occurred, or as otherwise specified in the applicable sport or game rules.
Sitislot reserves the right to void any bet placed at odds that were published due to a technical error, human input error, or data feed failure that resulted in materially incorrect pricing. In such cases, stakes will be returned in full. Sitislot will not be liable for any consequential loss arising from a voided bet.
In the event of a game server malfunction, disconnection, or other technical failure mid-play, the game session will be resolved based on the most recent confirmed system state. Where the system state cannot be recovered, stakes will be refunded. The phrase "malfunction voids all pays" applies to all electronic gaming machines and slot titles on the platform.
Sitislot sports betting markets, including football (covering EPL, La Liga, Bundesliga, Liga Super Malaysia, and other leagues), UFC, and other events, are subject to the specific rules applicable to each sport. These rules govern match settlement, abandoned or postponed fixtures, extra time inclusion, and other market-specific scenarios. Users are responsible for reviewing applicable sport rules prior to placing bets.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on the Sitislot platform and constitutes grounds for immediate account suspension and/or permanent closure:
Enforcement: Sitislot maintains active fraud detection systems that monitor for prohibited conduct in real time. Where prohibited conduct is detected, Sitislot reserves the right to immediately freeze affected accounts, withhold pending withdrawals pending investigation, and pursue civil or criminal remedies as appropriate.
All content on the Sitislot platform — including but not limited to the brand name "Sitislot", logos, website design, user interface, game content, software, text, images, graphics, and data compilations — is the exclusive property of Sitislot or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
You are granted no rights or licences in respect of any Intellectual Property other than the limited usage licence described in Section 5.1 of these Terms. Any unauthorised reproduction, distribution, public display, reverse engineering, or commercial exploitation of Platform content is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Sitislot and its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for:
Where liability cannot be excluded by law, Sitislot's aggregate liability to you for any single claim shall not exceed the total value of funds deposited by you in the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
The Platform is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Sitislot makes no warranty that the Platform will be uninterrupted, error-free, or free from viruses or other harmful components.
Sitislot is committed to promoting responsible gambling practices among all members. Gambling is intended solely as a form of entertainment for adults aged 21 and above. It should never be regarded as a source of income or a method of resolving financial difficulties.

Activation of deposit limits and loss limits is immediate. Increases to existing limits are subject to a mandatory 24-hour cooling-off period before taking effect. Self-exclusion requests, once confirmed, are irreversible for the duration selected.

Sitislot reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any Member account at any time, with or without prior notice, in the event of: (a) breach of any provision of these Terms; (b) detection of fraudulent, abusive, or prohibited conduct; (c) failure to complete KYC verification within a reasonable period; (d) receipt of a valid legal order requiring account closure; or (e) any other circumstance that Sitislot, in its sole discretion, deems to warrant closure.
You may close your account at any time by contacting Sitislot customer support at [email protected]. Prior to closure, any withdrawable Wallet Balance will be processed via your registered payment method, subject to pending KYC requirements and standard processing timelines.
Upon termination for any reason, your licence to use the Platform immediately ceases. All Bonus Funds and any winnings derived solely from Bonus Funds are forfeited upon termination for breach. Real-money Wallet Balances are returned subject to verification, except in cases of fraud where funds may be withheld pending investigation.
Sitislot reserves the right to revise, update, or replace any part of these Terms at any time. Where changes are material, Sitislot will provide at least 14 days' advance notice via a prominently displayed notice on the Platform or by email to the address associated with your registered account.
Your continued use of the Platform following the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and may close your account in accordance with Section 13.2.
The version number and effective date displayed at the top of this document indicate the currently applicable version. Previous versions are retained for reference and available upon written request.
These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with applicable law. In the event of any dispute arising from or in connection with these Terms or your use of the Sitislot platform, Sitislot encourages Members to first contact our support team to seek resolution informally.
Sitislot aims to acknowledge all formal dispute notices within 5 business days and to provide a reasoned response within 21 business days. If a dispute cannot be resolved through our internal complaints process, the matter may be referred to the dispute resolution procedures of the applicable licensing authority.
Nothing in these Terms shall be construed as limiting any statutory rights you may have as a consumer under applicable Malaysian consumer protection legislation.
